One of the most common questions we get here at HQ is “Which Drops should I get?<\/em>” We’ve compiled some best practices here to help you make the switch to Drops successfully. Enjoy!<\/p>\n<\/div>

1 \u00bb<\/strong> Generally, the Set of 4 Drops<\/a> is the best product to start with. This will give you some options to play around with. And options are good. It’s the perfect starter for a 4-or-5-piece kit.<\/p>\n<\/div>

2 \u00bb<\/strong> Use the lighter weights (40g<\/a>\/60g<\/a>) on rack toms 8″-12″.<\/p>\n<\/div>

3 \u00bb<\/strong> Use the heavier weights (120g<\/a>\/200g<\/a>) on floor toms 13″-18″.<\/p>\n<\/div>

4 \u00bb<\/strong> Try doubling up multiple Drops for a more aggressive muffling effect.<\/p>\n<\/div>

5 \u00bb<\/strong> Consider keeping a set of Drops in your cymbal or stick bag. The 2×4 combo here<\/a> gives you one set for home, and one for on-the-go.<\/p>\n<\/div>
