I got this for free with my purchase because I bought the bundle. This is a nice little addition. I have larger toms, so I didn't use it very much, but I could totally see it being used on smaller drums.
Overall, I think these are such a great product. I just prefer using the heavier drops like the 120g and 200g
The Tandem Drops are a must….as they say…Good Bye Gels . I’m about to order two more sets for my other sets.
Great idea and product. Drum still sounds alive and musical! I have the small one on my Tama SLP aluminum snare with an Evans HD batter head.
I had my doubts when I saw them, but after using them, I like them. I experimented all around the rack tom to see which Lug would work best, then the same on the Floor tom. I was impressed and will use them going forward.
Didn't want to leave a review until I'd actually used them out. I love them! Originally bought the asstd pack (plus one as a gift). Ended up buying an extra smaller one.

I love these . They have now replaced my older style drum mutes that left a sticky residue behind when removing them.

They're very well made, but for the price, I was expecting better performance. Even two 60g didn't control the ring on my brass or aluminum snares.
These are very helpful in taking away the dreaded overtone ringing by 90%

I found it had little effect controlling over tones on my snare drum. I suppose if I would use a head that produced more over tones I may hear a difference.
The 40g were purchased to use on snare. When attached, they barely touched the drum head. The contour of the attachent arm does not seem to match up with the rim of the drum. I have the Pearl Export set. I have to press them about half way and at an angle for them to rest well on the snare head. For me, I have a very mixed reaction. Would not buy again.

Great product. Works as it should, with no mess involved.
Damping is ok on a flat drum but pretty poor for tilted toms. If you put more than one on to adjust ring, you start giving up a lot of head space. Rings and tape or felt work better for far cheaper
was a bit suspect at first but they deliver the results I was looking for. no more sticky gel tabs!
I've only used them on one gig so far. I love that they are not crudding up my heads and easy to install and interchange. I am still playing around with the ideal configuration(s) for my kit. Satisfied so far.
The 40 g drops are perfect for my 12”, 14”, and 16” toms. I also use one on the snare (along with an O-ring).
works welloverall but not much difference between them and the 60s.
I bought the light 40 gram ones thet bounce off the head and frankly don't do much dampening, I was expecting more, I'm back to using gels which seem to do the job at a fraction of the cost

The product works well. There was a shipping problem and the delivery was short 2 each. Tandem Drums did a great job answering my issue
They shipped 2 more of the missing pads and my issue has been resolved.
