For shipments to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import sales tax, and customs processing fees may apply. These costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid directly by the recipient to the relevant customs or tax authority.

Shipping Times

Orders received by 10:00 a.m. on business days will be shipped the same business day. The estimated delivery time is as follows:

• Germany: 1–3 business days

• European Union: 3–7 business days

• Other countries: 7–14 business days

For prepaid orders, the delivery period begins the day after the payment order is issued; for all other payment methods, it begins the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday at the delivery location, the next business day takes its place.
